The Committee meets monthly and you are welcome to put any items on the agenda by contacting one of the Committee members in advance of the meeting. Additions to the agenda should be made 72 hours in advance of the meeting to the Meetings Secretary.
Meetings are generally held on the last Thursday of the month.
