NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Leighton Town Youth Football Club will take place at Bell Close from 8.00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26th 2008.

The meeting will consider the election of Officers for the coming year and anyone wishing to present themselves for election to the Committee should add their name along with that of a Proposer and Seconder to the list displayed on the Leighton Town Youth notice board at Bell Close

Any motions to be discussed at the meeting should be given in writing to the Chairman at the address below no later than June 12th, 2008.

All members are welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing you on June 26th.
